Unlocking Your Family History

Discover how to trace your ancestors in the criminal justice and workhouse systems in this special one-day event at the Ripon Workhouse Museum.

The event will feature talks from a number of experts including Prof Heather Shore and Prof Helen Johnston from Our Criminal Ancestors; Peter Higginbotham, an expert on workhouse records; Lesley Collins, who can solve your genealogy mysteries; and Claire Morton, from Leeds University Library Special Collections.

Tickets cost £7.
