Our Criminal Ancestors Workshop

Our Criminal Ancestors will be holding a workshop on Friday 28 June 2019 at the Hull History Centre, Hull.

Come and share your stories and experiences of researching the criminal past of your families or your local communities. The workshop will give you the opportunity to discuss your findings and share knowledge, expertise and best practice with other researchers who may have attended previous events hosted by the Our Criminal Ancestors team.

Prof Helen Johnston and Prof Heather Shore will be on hand to offer expert advice and guidance on how to use historical crime, policing and punishment records in your searches.

The workshop will run from 10am to 3.30pm.
